I'm glad to hear that you've found the service good and that we cater to multiple consoles and have a vast inventory of games.
I’m also happy to see you’ve found the service fast and reliable.
We stock all of games to demand meaning that for small titles or less popular consoles we may not have a huge number of rentable games in circulation.
We review our wait times on games daily and aim to bring these times down to provide a great service to all customers.
We have recently and continue add stock to some older titles in an effort to bring expected wait times down.
We know from our daily wait time report our current average turnaround is lessthan 1 day.
For any wait you do have we award payback points which can be used foradditional rentals, discounts on purchases and saved for free rental months.

Thanks for your feedback,
I'm glad to hear that you've found the service good.
We stock all of our games to demand. We despatch new release games the day before release date, this is so customers receive the game for release day.
If you want to put yourself in the best position to receive a new release on release day, we always advise having a free slot at least 2-3days before the new release is despatched.
For the first week of a new release there will be a longer wait due to all copies being on rent.
We review our wait times on all games on a daily basis and aim to bring these times down to provide a great service to all customers.

I'm sorry to hear you've had some delays recently. When you receive a despatch email from us this is the day your game has been posted on. Once games leave us we expect them to arrive within 1-3 days in line with Royal Mail first class delivery timescales.
However from feedback and contact we receive from customers games arrive normally in 1-2 days.
We hope this has been your experience in the most part for our deliveries. For any delays customers do have we have procedures in place and for any significant delay we will review and award payback points on a case by case basis.
I have now added some payback points to your account to make up for this delay and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I'm sorry to hear that our customer service wasn’t consistant in the past but I'm glad to hear it's been much improved lately.
We stock all of our games to demand, this means that we might not have as many rentable copies in circulation on smaller titles or older games. We review our wait times daily and this helps make decisions on how to continually improve our service for customers.
Our average wait times are currently less than 1 day from when customer returna rental. Anytime longer than 1 day we award customer waiting with payback points. These can be used for extra rentals, discounts and can be saved forfree rental months.
Thank you for you suggestion regarding multiple rental list, we will review this and see if it is something we can action to our service in the future. We appreciate any feedback or suggestions fromcustomers on ways to improve our service.
