We stock all of our games to demand which can mean that for less popular titlesor older consoles we may not have as many copies in circulation as othertitles. As we also have no time limits on how long games can be rented this cansometimes also add to wait times.

We offer the colour code wait times to help customers make decisions on theirrental list and possible wait times they may have.

We always advise to have no more than 3 red titles to receive a fast service.

For any delay you may have we credit your account with payback points. These can be used for additional rentals, discounts and saved for FREE rental months.
