Really happy to hear you find the service easy to use, we aim to make the whole service as quick as possible from selection to delivery of your rentals.

The way the Priority service works is it puts you a head in the queue for games you are waiting for. Any customer waiting for a specific game that has a high demand who is on a priority package will be nearer the top of the wait.

The actual wait time is dependent on customers returning games to us.

You can upgrade or downgrade your package at anytime to suit your budget and how many games you want. We have no contacts so cancelling and re-starting is up to you.
