We always review our wait times daily and keep customer informed via the site on the kind of wait they might have for a game.

Any delay in getting a new game you may have we award customers payback points which can be used for extra rentals and discounts.

We award customers with payback points for any delay in despatching a game to them. For every 24 hours a customer is waiting for a game to despatch we award payback points.

Any customer who is not receiving payback points means they are having games despacthed the same day as their previous return meaning there has been no delay to their service.

We are preparing the next phase of our reward system and this will be being implimented soon.
