If you rent a game from us and you love it we have a keep it option where you can buy it from us and we send out the case an manual and any unused DLC (when available with title) 

We pride ourselves on having a fast service and turn around on games. All the postage is paid and games are sent direct to your door via 1st class Royal Mail post. Keep a game for as long as you'd like, send it back and we will get your next one out to you.

Customers can keep the games as long as they won't as we have no late fees or time limits. When your done send your game back via the pre-paid slip and we will get your next game out to you.

We send all of our games via 1st class Royal Mail. We always expect our games to arrive in 1-3 days in line with Royal Mail guidelines. This applies when customers send games back to us. 

We dispatch all new release games the day before official release to have them with customers on release day. If you game is in stock and you have a free slot we will send your game out straight away.
