I have had so far a pleasant experience with boomerang. Would of given 5 stars if I didn't lose money when u got hacked.

As I understand this log in issue has been rectified now.
Customers create a unique Username when signing up that will be different to the email address. This sometimes can cause issues when customer are trying to log in using their email instead of Username.
We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.
Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.
