Thanks for your feedback,

I've reviewed your account and I'm sorry that you feel the turn around on games was slow.

With older consoles games such as the one you chose to rent we may not have as many copies in circulation compared with newer console titles.

Having reviewed your account I saw that you had a lot of Red 6+ day wait games in your list and we always advise to only have 3 red games in your list as this might also impact the speed of your service.

I can see in most occasions when you returned a rental your next game was despatched the next day. Any delay you do face we will reward you with payback points which can be used for discounts on purchases and even saved up and put towards free rental months.
