I'm really sorry to hear you haven't had a game recently.
I've reviewed your account and I can see you have 1 game only in your list that is currently on a 6+ day red wait. We always advise to have a few games in your list as if you only have 1 game that is red this can slow down your service.
Added to this is the format it's is an old console format. In some cases we may not have as many copies in circulation compared with newer console formats. As we have no late fees or time limits for any customers this again can artificially increase the wait time as well.
I would suggest adding some more games to your list when you can.
