Good service decent enough prices little bit long to wait for some of the games but plenty of others to choose from.

Was great now extremely poor
On top package and yet to receive any of the top games on release day yet alone within a few weeks of release. Company has clearly outgrown its invantry.

I'm really happy to see that you we're despatched God of War on release day and do hope you're enjoying the game.
We add new release games to the site as soon as they have an announced release date, but generally it's 2 months before. This allows customers to add the games to their coming soon list and see what the upcoming releases are.
To put yourself in the best position to receive a new release game on despatch day is to have a free slot for at least 3 days before, clear your rental list of all games except the new release and set your preferences to top choice. This will ensure no other game is sent and you'll have had a free slot for a few days so our system will look to get a game to you asap.
You will be building up payback points during the time you have a free slot, so you won't be loosing out.
We always review our wait times and if a wait is becoming high we will get in more units.

I'm sorry to hear you feel you've had a few issues with your account.
If you ever do receive a faulty game we will always send out a replacement along with another rental from your request list as a freebie on us. It is rare for customers to receive a faulty game, but if they do we will always make it right and get a replacement out asap.
Again in the rare event a game is lost in the please contact us asap to inform us and we can get this rectified for you so your service isn't effected.
