Hello John Thank you for your feedback, We're sorry to hear of your experience with the service recently. We offer the wait time indicators as a guide as to the wait customers could have for a game to despatch. These times are subject to change every 24 hours depending on the returns we receive back each day. There are 3 levels of wait time Green:0-3 days, Yellow:4-6 days and Red:6+ days wait. Red is the longest wait and means 6 days or longer as an estimate. We will do all that we can to bring long waits down and get customers they games they want.
After reviewing your request list I can see a lot of older format games. We may not have as many of these games in circulation compared with newer formats and with customer being able to rent games for as long as they'd like this can also artificially increase the wait time. Anytime you are left waiting we will award you payback points which can be used for bonus rentals, discounts and saved up for free rental months. Please contact us on customersupport@boomerangrentals.co.uk and we will do everything we can to get your next game out to you.

We will to get your next game out to you soon John. Anytime you are left waiting you will be receiving payback points which are awarded once the game has been despatched. These points are award when you've been without a game and waiting for your next game to despatch. The points can be used for discounts off purchases and used for free rental months. Looking at your account you actually have enough payback points for a free rental month currently. As stated previously the current games in your request list are PS3 which is an older format. We may not have as many of these in circulation compared with newer formats, but we will do everything we can to get a game out to you as soon as possible.
