As our customers are able to keep hold of the games for as long as they like with no late fees there may be occasions when we don’t have the games you are after immediately available. Any time you have lost we will award payback points for each day you are waiting. These points can then be used towards bonus games, free rental months and discounts on purchases. All of our customers have the option to purchase the game they have on rent at a discounted rate using our keep it option. You can hold on to the copy you have and we would send out the box and manual to you! We send out all games in pre-paid envelopes so there is no charge to our customers to receive or return the games!
