Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Really sorry that the information you received upon confirmation was insufficient. We work really closely with activity and tour operators to put this info together so that it is comprehensive and gives you everything you need to know, and also so that you have all of the contact info required should you have any questions. I can't find any communication from you in our help desk - if you can pop us a quick email to info@bookme.com.au to let us know what was missing so that we can improve things for this product that would be hugely appreciated.
