We are sorry that despite our best efforts to minimise any potential inconvenience for our subscription customers by offering to bring forward, or delay, processing during the planned warehouse move, we weren't able to prevent inconvenience you experienced ☹️
Regarding the food, we are aware that it was marginally smaller on average (9.1mm vs 10.2mm), and have met with our supplier to prevent this inconsistency for future production. The formula itself was exactly the same as all other - this is very accurately mixed using manufacturing best practise, and pre-production testing.
Regarding your girl's stool, there is a possibility that the moisture level may have been slightly lower as a result of the smaller biscuit size which could have affected this.
I have asked Catherine to contact you directly to discuss resolving this to your satisfaction (hopefully without faff 😊).
