We are sorry to see that you feel this way, however as we previously said we can assure you that this is memory foam, it is very different from normal foam and I’ll happily send you a sample to confirm this.
Although we found the mattress on-line we actually attended the company before purchase. They went to a lot of trouble to explain and suggest we tested the foam. We subsequently ordered on-line.
