Thank you for your kind words. We're so pleased you felt supported, cared for and put at ease throughout your journey. Providing this level of care and reassurance is exactly what we aim for with every patient. Best wishes from all the team at BodyCurve.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with a member of our Care Team and for sharing your experience so openly with us. We are genuinely sorry to hear how you felt about your hospital experience. We were, however, pleased to hear that you felt well looked after by Nurse Elaine. She is a very important part of our team and is incredibly passionate about supporting patients throughout their surgical journey. She will continue to be there to support you throughout your recovery should you need anything at all. Please be assured we take any feedback seriously. At BodyCurve, we work hard to ensure our patients feel supported, informed and cared for throughout their entire journey, and we naturally expect the same high standards from the hospitals and clinical teams we work alongside. As discussed, we have made contact with the hospital to understand their complaints process and to ensure that your feedback is shared with the relevant teams.

Thank you so much for sharing this, it genuinely means a lot to all of us. From the moment someone reaches out, our goal is to make them feel heard, supported, and completely confident in their decision, so knowing you felt that from Georgina, Nurse Elaine, and Mr Sharif is exactly why we do what we do. We never want anyone to feel rushed or unsure, so hearing that our communication and availability stood out to you is wonderful. The Preston team will be over the moon to know they helped put you at ease on such an important day. Seven weeks post‑op and already feeling this happy with your results is amazing. We’re thrilled for you and grateful you chose Red Rose Desire to be part of your journey. 🥰
