Hi John, sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the service. Orders on or before the 20th December had a pre Christmas delivery guarantee, but as you ordered on the 22nd your order won't be shipped until the 2nd January. If you have any other questions, please contact our customer service team via customerservices@boditronics.co.uk, who will reply upon their return on the 02/01/2020.
