Appalling. I am waiting for customer services to call me back following my policy lapsing without warning as no renewal offer was made. BMW admitted there is a fault with system for past few months....

Everything has been great, except trying to get heated rear screen fixed, there seem to be problems with getting parts, then dithering about to get it sorted.
