Good morning, thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback. As per page 23 of your policy booklet; all repairs must be carried out by an authorised BMW Retailer or BMW Service Workshop. As this is the BMW Insured Warranty product we cannot authorise repairs at a third party garage. If the dealer have any queries regarding a potential fault or claim, they need to follow internal processes and contact our claims team.
