BMW Insured Warranty Reviews

Good afternoon Dr Hughes, thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback. Unfortunately we cannot extend your renewal leeway past the date given in writing on your renewal letter, this is to ensure we follow treating customers fairly protocols. With regards to your mileage, I do apologise that you have not received the high level of service we aim to provide. For clarity, there was no remake of your account, the mileage was simply adjusted on the previous policy. If you have any further queries please don't hesitate to contact us on 0345 641 9790 or at bmwwarrantysales@allianz-assistance.co.uk. Kind Regards, Nicole, Senior Coordinator.

Good morning Mr Khan, thank you for your review we appreciate all feedback. During the website purchase process, as part of the qualification questions, you are asked "Is the vehicle used for hire and reward?", if you had ticked yes to this question, you would not have been able to proceed and purchase a policy. Page 22 of the policy booklet also states that we do not cover vehicles used for private hire services. I can confirm your policy has been cancelled and a full refund issued. If you have any further queries please don't hesitate to contact us on 0345 641 9790 or at bmwwarrantysales@allianz-assistance.co.uk. Kind Regards, Nicole, Senior Coordinator.

The mileage of your vehicle is also taken into account when calculating the premium. With regards to your phone contact with us, I do apologise that you have not received the high level of service we aim to provide, we will listen to the call and undertake any necessary training with the colleague.
