Hover board had a few issues with lights going out. Carts were not very strong on the weld points. Items do need to be addressed as we are on our third cart, which seems to be holding up for now.

Although reports such as these are uncommon, we take all technical reports seriously and we ensure our design team investigate these thoroughly. When required improvements are implemented into future product design.
