Unfortunately as stated on our website and the care card provided with your purchase, all plated items can tarnish over time, especially if it comes into contact with water, lotions and perfumes. 

The Esme Necklace is one of our most popular items and is not known to tarnish. We would however love the opportunity to rectify this issue for you or answer any other questions you may have.

I can confirm it was dispatched to you on the 5/3/17 via First Class Royal Mail. Unfortunately due to adverse weather conditions, your order may have been delayed or lost in the post and we are really sorry about this.
