For blocking the sunlight we always recommend blackout lining.

We are sorry to hear of the issue with the large blind. Please contact our Customer Service Department on our Contact page to discuss this matter, as the blind is within our 1 year warranty.
We note that the delivery issues encountered were not reported to our Customer Service Department, who could have assisted you by arranging a collection of the incorrect products from an address of your choice and also rearrange your delivery for a suitable day or even change your delivery address.
