I'm so sorry that we did not meet your expectations here .. a made to measure roller blind of this type has a manufacturing lead time of 10-12 working days .. I'm very sorry that this information was not more clear to you when you ordered, possibly you just saw the delivery service that the blind would be on once made.
We're working to make the quality of information better all the time and we have certainly taken your feedback as an action point. I very much hope that we keep you as a customer - and hope that the blind looks great in your home.

I'm so sorry we didnt meet your expectations as regards customer service on this occasion. We have been dealing with a double whammy of both increased volume and also reduced capacity on the customer service side of things - because of homeworkin / social distancing. Not an excuse just a reason why voice calls in particular have been a problem to handle recently.
I see that one of our customer service representatives was in conversation with the supplier about the problems you are experiencing with the blind operation - we will certainly follow this through & please trust that we will resolve it for you.

Dear Customer,
Very sorry that we did not meet your expectations as regards communication on order progress - please accept my sincere apologies.
On the positive side when you ordered - the supplier was in manufacturing shutdown & we were displaying a 4-6 week lead time. From the info that i have your order was dispatched from the factory 1st May - which is good deal quicker than the most optimistic estimate. Hope you are safely in receipt of your blind now & it looks great in your window. Sorry once again.

really sorry I think i gave you some incorrect info there - now looking at update from the supplier - it appears that the dispatch date was actually 4th May with Tuffnells carrier
