Seemed good to start with but such a long time for refund to arrive this let it down

Poor quality, faulty mechanisn, even replacement was the same so returned and eventually after 6 weeks got my refund.

Would recommend and use again, wooden blinds take a while to come from manufacturer. But the customer services team were very helpful happy to help and provide and gain information and support.
