Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback I can see that the order was processed on Monday 6th July and despatched on Friday 10th July, all orders are quoted at 3-5workings days from point of order unless upgraded to an express service. Please accept our apologies if you felt this was not made clear by the website. With regards the phones we recently recruited extra staff to reduce call queues as we recognised the demand for this.
