Although I have yet to contact Blacks, I do intend to, hopefully to receive a refund! The quality of the tent was dreadful and despite only a light rainshower, it leaked like a tea bag!!!

Any of our stores will send it for you or you can send it directly back to us. Please include the dispatch note that came with your order. Blacks where excellent we contacted them with a problem which they replied to straight away…
Blacks where excellent we contacted them with a problem which they replied to straight away with a resolution. The item was ordered on a Sunday and was delivered on the Monday.
