First item was late and poor quality, to some these may seem like minor complaints but when purchasing any item I like to think we all want good quality of both product and service. After leaving my initial feedback I was contacted by the company to see what resolution can be made. After being refunded the original delivery fee, I paid to send the first clock back and then received a new one the next day so can't fault them on their service. Another customer or even the company may look at the product and not find much wrong or even find it resealable to another customer but they were imperfections I noticed and would always notice which is why I initially left poor feedback regarding the products quality.
