After phoning to enquire about this order the query has been resolved thank you. However the feedback form was sent automatically even though it was not complete. I could not complete it all as it asked for feedback on the actual product which I am currently unable to do as the item has not been received yet. Something for people to be aware of when they complete the feedback.
