Misleading actually or by “accident “

This was a present. The first of 3 pictures was the terrarium planted. This didn’t bother to look at the others I have complained - and they insist there was a disclaimer. None that I saw between...

Customer bought the terrarium just based on the initial picture they saw which was planted. However by their own admission the customer did not look at other pictures which showed it unplanted. Customer also said that they did not read the description which clearly stated the terrarium was unplanted so it is difficult to know what else we could do in the circumstances There is also no disclaimer on our website we just hope customers take the time to read full descriptions before making a purchase as we make every effort to offer a full description

Firstly we do not appear to receive an email requesting a return as we have no issues with returns Our website is clear that the customer is responsible for returns . We aim to offer very competitive prices with free delivery but we do not offer free returns as was expected
