We're glad you haven't been disappointed. We like to keep things pretty straight forward, here- no tricks- just straight up, easy to use, does as it says on the tin, cycling insurance. Less time faffing with insurance- more time riding. Winner!

Hi Simon, thanks for the cracking Bikmo review. We reckon our customers would be hard pushed to find a cycling insurance policy that includes so many great benefits as standard. We are all cyclists here in the Bikmo office and all have different styles and needs so we were keen to produce a policy which reflected this and ensured that all bases were covered for all cyclists.

Thanks for the review, Berwyn. Noone likes hanging around waiting for responses or for claims to be settled- least of all cyclists when they have cake stops to make and PRs to beat- so we always try to provide the quickest, most efficient service possible to keep our customers in the know and in the saddle.

Hi Marc, thanks for the great review. Very much appreciated by all of us here at the Bikmo office and we're thrilled that you're so happy with your experience thus far. All of us here are cyclists ourselves, with experience in a variety of disciplines- mountain, road, track, you name it. As you have found, this comes in very handy when talking to customers as it means we have a solid understanding of what they're talking about, saving a lot of time and stress! But yes, you can certainly rest assured that your babies are extremely well covered now so, should you ever need to make a claim, there will be no need to stress- we'll have your girls back in tip-top shape in no time at all! And your clothing/headgear/accessories too!!!
