Thank you for your feedback. The weather in November was the warmest for 350 years resulting in the lifting of our Bare Root Plants being delayed by several weeks. Our website did reflect the delivery timescales. We are now, despite the above challenge and record sales, despatching 95% of orders received within 2 days. We have discussed with Parcel force the delivery of your order and their system confirms delivery was made over 3 days. This is most unusual and Parcel Force are unable to offer an adequate explanation for which we offer our apologies. The grading (sizing) of plants is, as you would appreciate an area of our operations that is carefully managed. Excellent service. Blackthorn hedging arrived 17th November 2011 as did the Hawthorn hedging. 5 of each ordered but Best4hedging delivered 6 of each, ie, 2 free. All hedging (brs ) were in first class condition.
