Thank you for your feedback. The weather in November was the warmest for 350 years resulting in the lifting of our Bare Root Plants being delayed by several weeks. Our website did reflect the delivery timescales. We are now, despite the above challenge and record sales, despatching 95% or orders within 2 days. A refund for the cost of the Bonemeal will be credited to the Credit or Debit Card you paid with within the next 2/3 working days. We've processed the refund but it can take the above period of time to reach your account through Secure Trading, the financial transcation site we use.
