Bit of a delay sending the order however once sent it arrived promptly. Disappointed the fathers day offer appeared a few days later but too late for me as already ordered

Hi Louise I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with our service. I've checked your order, which was placed on a Friday after 11am on standard delivery of 2-3 working days but due to it being a bank holiday Monday it was only collected from us on the Tuesday and was delivered the next day so delivery was made within the advertised timescale. Regarding the fathers day offer, I'm sure like many other customers they also missed out by placing an order earlier which I can appreciate must be frustrating but this is a situation that is out of our control. Please be assured that all of the beers that are included within this selection have been given an award, which is stated on the leaflet that is included in the box. As we support small independent micro British breweries our selection is limited so we try to include as much variety as we can, this may not suit everyone's tastes but we are always happy to adapt a case to our customers style so please do contact us to discuss.
