Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good morning, thank you for your review. We are sorry that the sale became somewhat protracted. At the start of the sale we had sight of finance documentation and spoke to the buyers financial advisor. Unfortunately, during the sales process changed mortgage product and also their solicitor which was out of our control.
