This simply fits over the existing Crown Weight to allow the user to add their own Free Weight Discs (not included) to either increase the overall resistance or to increment the levels of resistance for a more tailored workout. Compatible with any domestic free weight discs that have a 1 quot; (2.5cm) inner hole diameter (weights not included).Not compatible with any other V fit model gym. Maximum recommended weight addition 20kg (10kg each side).
