Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Beers were out on the lorry the following day after ordering beers in the evening. Estimated time of delivery was spot on

Could be better

The information that you get after purchasing is not timely. I have had a couple of Saturday deliveries which you don't know they are coming until between 8 and 9 on the day.
