How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thanks for the feedback Julie. We responded to last year's feedback with not offering a specific date for delivery this year as it let us down last year. But I'm glad it's arrived nice & early & I hope your hubbie enjoys it as much as last year's
