Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Good product - did not hear back from customer service enquiry

It looks like a great product - but I emailed Beer Hawk twice asking them whether I could change the delivery address and got no reply.

Incorrect labelling

I ordered two advent calendars and one was delivered with the wrong name and no gift message. Fortunately I had warned them that a parcel was due but then had to explain what had gone wrong.
