Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for the feedback, the description on the website does state that it will contain beers that are past their best before date, but are still perfectly fine to be drunk. I'm sorry you weren't happy with the contents & I'll contact you direct about this.
