Thanks for your feedback Andrew. I'm really sorry you had such a poor experience collecting your parcel. They would have only taken it back to the depot if your neighbours weren't in & they didn't want to leave it in an unsafe place. But I will pass on your comments to our account manager about having to wait such a long time when you got to the depot.
