Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great fun idea , great service

Prompt delivery to my son in law on the day they agreed. He had the advent calendar last year and enjoyed it so much, he asked for it again.

Excellent service all round

Excellent communication. Well packaged and no problem with delivery. Can't comment on the product cos it's a present for Xmas and hasn't been opened yet.
