Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

My order arrived within 3 days. I had ordered 2 boxes of beer, unfortunately only 1 arrived. I contacted Beer Hawk and they apologised, my missing box was delivered the next day. Excellent service.

Beer hawk seems great, but the price is a smidge high for brew equipment but that is almost to he expected as I suspect much of this gear is imported from the USA. The sugar drops were very difficult...
