Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Not much variety

The selection of beer wasn't very varied, I've been given more pale ales than anything else. It appears many of the beers stated in the list have been swapped out, I'm assuming because they were out...

Sorry you didn't like the selection in the case. The majority of the beers in this case are listed as pale ales, lagers or blonde beers. It is unfortunate when we have to swap beers out, but we do try to make sure they are of a similar style.
