Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hey, if you email info@beerhawk.co.uk with your friend's email address we can check they've ordered & we'll add your tokens.

As for the review system, it's not up & running at the moment, but the tech team are working on it and it should be back soon!
