Terrible Service

I ordered a product online only to find they sent me the wrong item and the item I ordered is out of stock. I had to chase customer services to sort not too happy with the service or the options...

I'm really sorry there were problems with your order and it ended up with the items being out of stock. We do try to keep good stock levels, but some of the homebrew equipment comes from the US
