Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for the feedback. Our next day delivery is when you order before noon we will deliver the next day. Looks like your order was placed one evening, the warehouse dispatched the next day for delivery the day after. I couldn't see any messages from you letting us know there had been an issue with the delivery, so I'll contact you direct.
