Very poor delivery
Bad delivery service. I ordered 2 sheets on the 5th May with 2-4 working day delivery and as at 19th May I still have not received.

Again we are very sorry to hear that this has happened to your parcel. We can now confirm after numerous communications that the parcel got lost in transit, unfortunately these things very occasionally happen. Luckily we managed to send you a replacement set using a different courier service. Customer service is extremely important to us and we will do our upmost best to resolve any issues.
