Service in the shop was daily ok, not sure how to rate the delivery as I was expecting a sofa and a lamp to be in proper boxes and packaging but they were not .

In order to provide a first class customer experience all items prior to delivery to our customers are unwrapped and thoroughly checked by our dedicated Warehouse team. All excess packaging is then recycled in an environmentally friendly manner.
As the light you ordered was made to order a bulb isn't supplied by the manufacturer. This allows you to choose your preferred type of bulb.
