Many thanks for the feedback Karen, very much appreciated and thought you may like to know that we discovered a hosting problem that had not triggered an alarm that caused the issues you had as the site was timing out. Subsequently spotted and resolved so there should be no future issues but thanks for persisting to a conclusion.
