Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the holiday overall and appreciated the home collection service. We are sorry to learn that you experienced difficulty when returning home from the services. The vehicle provided should enable passengers to board and alight safely, and we regret the inconvenience and discomfort this caused you. With regard to the provision of a step stool, unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations, our drivers are not permitted to carry or provide step stools. This is to minimise the risk of accidents and injuries to both passengers and staff. However, we appreciate your comments regarding vehicle accessibility, handrail positioning, and the challenges you faced while recovering from your wrist injury, and we will ensure your feedback is shared with the relevant team for review. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your comments help us identify opportunities to improve our service. We hope to welcome you on another holiday in the future.
